Rennes-le-Château as a UNESCO World Heritage Site

Rennes-le-Château as a UNESCO World Heritage Site - two things need to be considered:

1. The story of Rennes-le-Château belongs to romantics and mystery-buffs (The historically factual story of Bérenger Saunière, the parish priest of Rennes-le-Château 1885-1909, is about trafficking in masses, fraud and disobedience to the bishop of Carcassonne).

2. Nothing exists in the village of Rennes-le-Château that cannot be found in all other villages in the area of the Aude.

Couiza, Bugarach, Limoux, Brenac - and a thousand other similar villages - are no different to the village of Rennes-le-Château.

The village of Rennes-le-Château as another Roswell - that's more like it.
